Antique Cast Iron Cap Gun
"Federal Kilgore No. 1"
Toy looks good for its age.
Trigger moves but doesn't do anything.
I assume you put one cap under the hammer and let it go, one at a time.
Hammer and spring work, pull back hammer with thumb and let go.
Had never seen this one before or since and paid a pretty penny for it when I was collecting.
Very cool, looks cartoonish.
Still have a few old cap guns for sale.
